Patient Manager
At Ribley Family Chiropractic, the job of a patient manager upholds many responsibilities. The goal for a Patient manager is to improve the work space around them and aid any issues that a patient might encounter at our office. As the title suggests, a large portion of the job is interacting with patients whether that be in person or over the phone. Tasks of patient managers consist of scheduling patients, working with computers, filing insurance verifications and taking phone calls. All of these responsibilities are performed with professionalism and require employees to practice correct customer service. At the end of every day patient managers are also expected to clean up the office before they leave. Most start off working check-out, scheduler and eventually check-in. If they have enough experience they could move up to senior patient manager, which is a supervisor position. Starting off at Ribley Family Chiropractic, patient managers generally earn between nine and thirteen dollars an hour, depending on prior experience. Employees of Ribley Family Chiropractic are expected to be collaborative problem-solving people and overcome issues in a business-like manner.
